Have you enjoyed too many chips, french fries and beer this playoffs season?  Try this crispy chickpea recipe instead of junk food!

*This recipe is GF/CF, wheat free, dairy free, vegan, no eggs!

1 Large can of chickpeas

1 handfull of fresh parsley, chopped

2 Tbsp chopped sundried tomatoes in oil

1 tsp curry powder

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp dried red pepper flakes

 

Preheat oven to 400F.

Drain the can of chickpeas place them in a medium bowl.

Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly.

Spread the chickpeas out onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
