I love this recipe because my stepdaughter helped invent it after one of our workouts together.  Not only is is packed with protein, vitamins and greens, it is also kid approved!

*This recipe serves 2, and we recommend having it within 20 minutes of finishing your workout to feed your muscles and metabolism!

You will need:  A blender

And these ingredients:

1 banana

1.5 cups almond milk (I prefer unsweetened original flavour)

1/2 cup of frozen pitted cherries  or strawberries if you are in a pinch!

1 Tbsp of almond butter 

2 scoops of rice protein powder.  I used Seroyal Pro Rice, but this vegan one would also work!

1 Tbsp of Seroyal Liquid Multi Vite Min

1/2 scoop of Seroyal Phyto Greens Powder  or 1 tsp of this greens powder or a similar greens product would work!

1 teaspoon of Seroyal HMF Powder (providing 45 billion CFU of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium)


Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
